I am a volunteer dog walker with the Animal Rescue League in Point Breeze.
I spend Fridays by working at a dog-grooming salon, which is also located in the Point Breeze area.
I perform with “Timbeleza,” a Brazilian percussion group based in Pittsburgh.
Patrick has been walking our dog for over a year now. He has done an excellent job and has been willing to come in every Monday and Wednesday at noon to give our dog a walk around the neighborhood. Our dog loves having Patrick come over and enjoys every walk that he has been on, rain, snow, and shine.
Patrick started walking our two dogs last month. One of our dogs likes to walk fast while the other one walks at a slower pace, but Patrick has already taken the time to find a way to make the walk work for both of them. He also enjoys walking them, so we hope he will continue to walk our dogs in the future.
Patrick is an excellent dog walker here at the Animal Rescue League. Not only does he take the dogs for their walks, but he has added to his volunteer shift responsibilities by making sure that every dog bowl is filled with water and that the proper number of dogs is listed on the sign-in board every time he comes in.
